Request regular payments details from your other financial institution

Download and submit a Switch of Regular Payments Arrangements form to give us the authority to obtain a list of regular payments from your other financial institution.

Move your Direct Debit and Credit payments to Crown Finance Credit Union

Download and submit Notice of Variation of Account Details form and we will arrange to move your direct debits and credits on your behalf.

Credit your Pay/Income into your Crown Finance Credit Union Account

Download and submit a Crediting Pay or Income form to request that we arrange the electronic deposit of part or all of your income into your account/s on your behalf.

Update your Residential or Postal Address

Update your address via Internet Banking or over the phone (Individual, Joint, Sole Trader and Partnership Account types only). All other membership types, and two-to-sign authority accounts must download and submit a Change of Address form.

Notify us of a Change of Name 

Download and submit a Change of Name form to inform us if you have changed your name. 

Add a Signatory 

Download and submit a Add Signatory form to give another person the authority to operate on your accounts.

If you would like to reduce your Credit Card limit complete a Credit Card Reduce Limit Request form online.

Close Credit Card Contract

To cancel your Credit Card Contract complete a Credit Card Cancellation Request form online.

Download and submit a Family Repayment Pause Request form to request a repayment pause on a loan.

Term Deposit - early withdrawal notice

Download and submit a Term Deposit Notice of Early Withdrawal form to withdraw a term deposit before its maturity date. 

Update your Residential or Postal Address

Change of Signatory/ies - (School Accounts)

Download and submit a Change of Signatory/ies - School Accounts form to update a signatory/ies details on school accounts.  

Grant authority for non-signatories to access school finance account details

Download and submit a Authority for non-signatories to access school finance account details form to authorise non-signatory person/s to request statements, obtain maturity information, account balances and transaction details. 

Add a Signatory (Preschool)

Download and submit a Add Signatory - Preschool petty cash form to give another person the authority to your preschool petty cash account. 

Change of Signatory (Preschool Accounts) 

Download and submit a Change of Signatory/ies - Preschool Accounts form to give another person the authority to operate account/s. This is for preschool accounts. 

Apply for a Cheque Book facility

Download and submit a Cheque Book Application form to add a Cheque Book facility to your account. Additional Cheque Books can be ordered via Internet Banking.

Arrange an International Draft 

Download and submit a International Draft Application form to apply for foreign draft. You will require the payee's details before filling in this form.

Arrange an International Funds Transfer 

Download and submit a International Funds Transfer form to arrange an overseas transfer. You will require the payee's details before filling in this form.

Dispute a Transaction on your Visa card 

If you would like to dispute a transaction on your Visa card, complete a Visa Transaction Dispute online.

Update Superannuation Member details

Download and submit a Change of Member Details form to change personal details associated with your superannuation account.

Notify us of changes to your Pension payments

Download and submit a Change of details - Pension Account form to inform us of changes to your Pension payment details.

Make a Death benefit nomination

Download and submit a Death Benefit Nomination - Lump Sum only form to advise us of who is to receive your superannuation benefit in the event of your death. 

Notify us of your intention to claim a tax deduction

Download and submit a Intention to claim a tax deduction for personal contributions form to notify us of your intention to claim a tax deduction for personal contributions to your Superannuation. 

Investment options (switching existing balance and future contributions)

Superannuation contribution eligibility 65yrs or over

Investing your existing Pension balance

Download and submit a Pension Investment Form - Switching Existing Balance form to direct us on how you would like your existing pension balance invested - there are 5 investment options available.

Superannuation contribution - direct debit and cheque

Download and submit a Superannuation contribution - direct debit form if you or your spouse are making contributions by direct debit to your Superannuation account.

Superannuation transfer request to Crown Finance Credit Union
